The Program

A cohort built around who you are — not just what you do.

Adaptive Futures is built for immigrant women living in Maryland. At its heart is an 8-week live cohort with two paths — the Innovation Founder Pipeline for women building companies, and the Innovation Workforce Pipeline for women advancing their careers — plus self-paced modules you can take on your own terms. Every week blends practical skills with the cultural, emotional, and community support that makes them stick.

Two ways to learn

Go deep with a guided cohort, or build skills one module at a time. Join a cohort and select modules are included free.

Your Entry Point

It starts with you, not a syllabus.

Before Week 1, you complete a confidential wellbeing and readiness baseline — your career goals, your comfort with AI, your entrepreneurial interest, and the cultural strengths you bring with you.

Everyone moves through the same 8-week core structure, but your baseline shapes a pathway that's yours alone.

  • auto_awesomeYour CARA support — daily resilience check-ins, reflection prompts, and cultural navigation guidance tuned to where you are
  • query_statsYour Growth Report — a before-and-after comparison so you can see, in writing, how far you've come

How a week feels

The Shared Foundation

Founders and career-builders start together, because the first four weeks are about the same thing: you.

Week 4Leadership

Leadership From Where You Stand

Self-advocacy, decision-making under pressure, and building authority across cultural contexts — including a fireside on building authority when you don't look like the room.
